Shelly, Neurophysiotherapist - Parkinson Society of BC
Rheanna’s Parkinson’s yoga classes are wonderfully engaging and impactful for the PD community. She has created a meaningful program to give those living with chronic conditions the opportunity to move and explore their bodies’ capabilities. Not only has she adapted her movements to be inclusive of all abilities, she has also offered an outlet for mindfulness and social connectivity in an otherwise lonely disease. Parkinson Society BC is so grateful to Rheanna for her wonderful Parkinson’s Chair Yoga classes!

Rheanna is an incredible yoga instructor! As a complete novice, I was nervous about starting, but her passion and clear explanations made each session enjoyable and accessible. She breaks down the moves with patience and precision, ensuring I feel confident and supported throughout the class. Highly recommend!

Julianna
Rheanna’s yoga classes are the best classes I’ve ever been a part of. She gently leads new yogis through practice and always makes them feel welcome. For the more experienced, she opens the practice up for opportunities to push themselves to the next level. Her inclusive and kind nature is what brought me to her class. Her sense of humor and encouragement is what has kept me coming back. 10/10
