Welcome to Dial Yoga!

Hi, my name is Rheanna (she/her).

“Dial” was inspired by my dad who would tell me to dial it in when it came to focusing on anything physically or mentally challenging. As with most young people, I didn’t pay attention to my dad or to his method (sorry, dad!). Eventually yoga taught me what he meant. Slowing down, feeling my feelings, and moving with intention was exactly what I had spent a lot of my life avoiding.

The same has been true with my journey in sobriety. I don’t share sobriety as something that everyone needs to do, but as a reminder that wholeness and fulfilment exist without alcohol.

I wanted to fast forward through difficult situations to the next moment where I could feel good. I’ve learned not only does life fly by when you’re living this way, but constantly seeking positive, pleasurable experiences are not conducive to living a meaningful life.

My approach offers an invitation to be yourself, feel what’s real, and move through it with curiosity instead of perfection.

Let's Dial it in together.

Why Sobriety Matters To Me

I didn’t create a movement-based sobriety series to convince anyone to stop drinking or to pretend that it’s easy. It isn’t. Hard things get heavy before they get light.

But it doesn’t have to stay hard forever.

Being sober has brought me joy, clarity, and freedom, and I want to share it. Not as an expectation - as an invitation to be yourself again.
